Features operating under public or private beta designations are provided for testing, evaluation, and feedback purposes. You acknowledge that:

• User Backups Recommended: Users are advised to maintain independent local backups of critical prompts, synthesized audio tracks, generated codebases, and marketing assets.

3Subscription Tiers, Grandfathered Pricing & Billing Terms

Subscription plans on MokZero are billed on a recurring monthly or annual basis. The following billing terms apply:

• Grandfathered Rate Policies: Special promotional tiers (including the Beta Special Pro rate of $10.00 USD/month) are grandfathered for the continuous lifetime of an active account. The locked rate will not be subject to automatic retail price increases as long as the recurring billing cycle remains active without cancellation or non-payment lapse.

• Probabilistic Generation: AI models generate responses by calculating mathematical token probabilities rather than retrieving verified factual certainty. Outputs are non-deterministic and can vary between identical prompts.
• Risk of Hallucination:Models can occasionally produce fluent, highly convincing text, statistics, citations, or formulas that are completely fabricated, obsolete, or factually inaccurate ("hallucinations").
• No Warranty of Correctness: MokZero does not warrant, verify, or represent that any AI-generated response, code snippet, financial calculation, or marketing claim is error-free, exhaustive, or fit for any specific business or personal endeavor.

5Strict Professional Advice Disclaimer

• Legal & Contracts: All contract drafts, terms of service, and policies generated are preliminary boilerplate frameworks requiring comprehensive review and customization by a licensed attorney in your governing jurisdiction.
• Financial & Investments: Market analyses, financial models, valuation projections, and token economic simulations are purely illustrative. They are NOT investment advice, securities solicitations, or financial planning advice.

6Code Generation, Execution & Sandbox Verification

MokZero includes automated developer tools (Code Agent, Bug Fixer, SQL Architect, Docker Compose Generator, Regex Synthesizer). Software development inherently carries risks of logical errors, resource bottlenecks, and system vulnerabilities:

• Mandatory Staging Sandbox: You agree never to deploy code, database migrations, SQL queries, or deployment scripts generated by MokZero directly into production environments without prior testing and human review in isolated sandboxes.
• Security Vulnerabilities: AI may unknowingly suggest outdated dependencies, insecure cryptographic primitives, or unescaped queries susceptible to injection. You are solely responsible for conducting code quality and security reviews.
• Exclusion of Liability: Under no circumstances shall MokZero be held liable for database corruption, server crashes, downtime, loss of data, or security compromises arising from code generated by the Platform.

7Third-Party Foundation Model Upstream Dependencies

MokZero acts as an intelligent orchestrator and unified interface connecting to proprietary foundation model APIs hosted by third-party entities:

Service availability, throughput, inference latency, content moderation triggers, and model deprecations by these upstream providers are outside our direct control. MokZero dynamically switches fallback endpoints to maximize continuity.

8Intellectual Property & Commercial Usage Warranties

As between you and MokZero, you retain full ownership and intellectual property rights in the input prompts you submit. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law and the terms of the underlying model providers:

• Commercial Rights: You are granted a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, reproduce, modify, sell, and commercially exploit the outputs generated for your account.
• Infringement Warranties: Because AI systems are trained on extensive public datasets, MokZero does not warrant that generated text, logos, melodies, or images are free of copyright, trademark, or likeness claims by third parties. You bear the sole responsibility for running trademark and originality clearances prior to commercial distribution.

9Data Confidentiality & API Key Security

We implement military-grade AES-256-GCM encryption for all Bring-Your-Own-Key (BYOK) configurations and database storage. However:

• No Classified Information: You must never input classified government secrets, unredacted HIPAA protected health information (PHI), payment card CVVs, or proprietary trade secrets into open chat or tool prompts.
• Zero Training Guarantee: MokZero does not sell, license, or expose your custom prompts or generated content to train public foundational models.

10Limitation of Liability, Indemnification & Support Governance

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MokZero and its affiliates, directors, employees, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, goodwill, or system interruptions, resulting from your access to or inability to access the service or generated AI outputs.
