Data Protection

We employ bank-grade encryption to protect your conversations, prompt logs, and API interactions.

Zero Sell Policy

We never sell your personal information, generated content, or files to third-party advertisers.

Compliance

Fully aligned with GDPR, CCPA, and modern global standards to give you total control over your digital identity.

1Introduction and Agreement Scope

Welcome to MOKZERO (referred to herein as the "Platform", "Service", "we", "us", or "our"). We are committed to safeguarding the privacy of our users. This Privacy Policy constitutes a legally binding agreement that governs how we collect, store, share, process, and protect your personal data, credentials, and digital assets when you access, utilize, or interact with our multi-model MokZero Tools.

By creating an account, subscribing to token packages, or otherwise accessing MOKZERO, you explicitly consent to the data collection and processing methodologies described in this Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, you are prohibited from utilizing our services and must delete your account immediately.

2Information We Collect

To maintain service levels, run security filters, and calculate token allocations, we gather specific categories of information:

  • Account Identification Data: When registering, you provide your name, email address, username, billing configurations, and cryptographically salted/hashed password details.
  • AI Prompts, Input Data, and Creations: We store workspace prompts, source code fragments, database layouts, chat messages, file uploads, parameter choices, and the resulting synthetic output content (such as generated texts, code, images, and audio tracks).
  • Transactional and Billing Logs: Payment handling is completed via secure, PCI-compliant third-party merchants (including Stripe, PayPal, Razorpay, and Flutterwave). We do not record or store raw credit card numbers or validation codes directly on our servers.
  • Technical Diagnostics and Usage Telemetry: We automatically log operating system versions, browser variables, Internet Protocol (IP) addresses, referral headers, clickstream activities, query latencies, and API usage stats to enforce limits and diagnose bugs.

3Purpose of Processing and Legal Bases

Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and similar global standards, we process your information under the following legal bases:

  • Contractual Necessity: To initialize your account profile, manage token subscriptions, process API commands, and sync history across devices.
  • Legitimate Interests: To optimize code execution speeds, analyze feature performance, detect malicious actions, and secure the Platform against abuse.
  • Legal Compliance: To prevent financial fraud, adhere to accounting regulations, and resolve copyright dispute processes.
  • Consent: Where you have explicitly opted into receiving promotional communications or beta trials, which you can withdraw at any time.

4Third-Party AI Integrations and Liability Limits

To generate output, the Platform shares input strings and assets with third-party artificial intelligence engines (specifically including the Google Gemini API and associated media synthesis layers).

These processors act as sub-processors under contract and are prohibited from using your submitted prompts or generated results to train their commercial models.

Liability Limitation: While we mandate strict compliance from our AI providers, we cannot control their external network pathways. We disclaim all liability for any unauthorized data leak, training capture, or processing errors that originate within third-party AI endpoints.

5International Data Transfers

Our physical servers, databases, and third-party processors operate in the United States and other global regions. By using the Platform, you acknowledge and agree that your data may be transferred to, stored in, and processed in jurisdictions outside your state, province, or country of residence, where data protection laws may differ from those in your local region. We utilize Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) to ensure safe data handling across boundaries.

6Mandatory Disclosures and Law Enforcement

We reserve the right to disclose your personal information, generation prompts, and account metadata to law enforcement, government officials, or judicial authorities without prior notice to you, if required to do so by law, court order, subpoena, or if we believe in good faith that such disclosure is necessary to:

  • Comply with a legal obligation or regulatory audit.
  • Protect and defend the rights, safety, or property of the Platform, its developers, or its users.
  • Prevent or investigate potential cyberattacks, copyright infringement, or terms violations.

7GDPR & CCPA Data Rights

Regardless of your residency, we offer global privacy control options:

  • Right to Access: You can download or view all data linked to your account profile.
  • Right to Rectification: You can correct incomplete or wrong profile settings in your admin dashboard.
  • Right to Erasure (Deletions): You can permanently purge all stored chats, workspaces, files, and account associations.
  • Right to Portability: You can export workspace assets in standard JSON formats.

To exercise these rights, email us at info@mokzero.com.

8Children's Privacy Controls

The Platform is strictly designed and intended for individuals who are at least 13 years of age (or 16 years of age in the European Union). We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If we discover that a minor under these age limits has registered an account, we will terminate the account and purge their associated data instantly from our servers.

9Security Limitations and Disclaimers

We employ industry-standard administrative, administrative-technical, and cryptographic safety protocols (including SSL/TLS connections, hashed passwords, and database access configurations) to block data leakage or interception.

**HOWEVER, NO METHOD OF STORAGE OR TRANSMISSION OVER THE INTERNET IS 100% SECURE.** We cannot guarantee absolute security. By utilizing the Platform, you acknowledge this risk and agree that we are not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages resulting from database hacks, hardware failures, intercept attacks, or hosting service breaches.
